mobile data stop working

I'm using iphone 11, my mobile data was working for a few days and then it has stopped working. Any idea what happened? anyone know the customer service number in Singapore or live chat for TPG support?  Have emailed to TPG support but not reply at all, terrible tpg support.

Please understand that though TPG AU & TPG SG are under the same umbrella, TPG AU is still operating independently as a separate entity and has a different data base from TPG SG.
