Text messages not sending

Hi every time I try to send text messages to others it says 'text message failed to send' and it never sends it no matter how many times I try. But I can receive no problems. I literally just switched over to tpg so not happy at all.

Are you still not able to make outgoing SMS? How about outgoing calls?
