The Call Waiting once enabled toggles back to disable

I have tried multiple times over the past one month to enable the 'Call Waiting' on my mobile plan from within the self-managed account settings on the TPG Dashboard. Everytime i enable this, it again goes back to the disabled mode. Can you help me fix this as this is account settings issue / bug in the system and not on my mobile device.
