Hello my SIM card for mobile number ending in 983 appears to be faulty. It can only send and receive SMS. It cannot receive or make calls and cannot access data. I have tried it in another phone but still does not work. Is there some settings you could please check or do I need a new SIM card sent out? Thank you.

I have turned the settings on the dashboard on and off and they all appear to be working. Thanks.
