How long do I have wait for activation of my son card?

I ordered sim card, 11/5/2020 and I got 4days after which is 14/5/2020
And I asked this happen to customer care on 28th of may, hmmm It still not connected how long do I have to wait?

You should your sim card active into the 24hrs,
