Hi, I have been using tpg prepaid 10 dollar plan sim but I am not able to enter the website for tpg to check my prepaid balance. I use old huwei phone not very compatible so I was asked to download tpg voice. However I still don't know why I cannot enter that prepaid top up website so please help me. Also if my sim about expire i am supposed to be informed but it does not so I might not know when my sim expire.
