Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to arrange one of our Mobile Specialists to check if there will be an issue on the porting of your mobile number on the TPG SIM card.
Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
My current plan ends tomorrow and my new SIM card from TPG hasn’t arrived yet (hopefully today or tomorrow). If my new SIM card arrives after my current plan ends, will I still be able to transfer my mobile number?
