Hi,

 

I am unable to receive SMSs which contains codes to sign up for services. 

 

Please advice

We're sorry to learn that you are having difficulties with the service. Are you able to send your details such as your Customer ID and/or your mobile number via private message so we can check the status of your service and be able to assist you accordingly?
