Unable to make conference calls

I have a Samsung A55 and I am unable to make conference calls. When I try to merge calls, the calls hang up and I get a message stating "Unable to make conference calls." After a quick google search, this appear to be something the carrier needs to fix. Can TPG assist me with this? Cheers
