Unable to make or receive calls

Hi @Jasmine1485

 

We understand that it may have worked using your previous sim card. 

 

However, after you've used our Sim on a different phone, it did work which shows that there's no issue with the sim we've provided.

ive tried the solution as mentioned below:

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap More networks.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Tap Network operators.
  5. If prompted tap OK.
  6. Tap the required [Vodaphone] network.

and its still not working.

Thanks for raising this with us.

 

We've checked your account and the outgoing calls were barred. We've already unbarred the service and it should start working.

Hi, I've been using tpg for more than 6 months now, and i have been unable to make & receive calls. sms is working fine. my mum and brother are also facing the same issue, and we're all using different phones (iphone, samsung, google)

Hi @janezhao, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID and Mobile Service Numbers (MSN) so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.
