Unable to make or receive calls

We understand that it may have worked using your previous sim card. 


However, after you've used our Sim on a different phone, it did work which shows that there's no issue with the sim we've provided.

ive tried the solution as mentioned below:

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap More networks.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Tap Network operators.
  5. If prompted tap OK.
  6. Tap the required [Vodaphone] network.

and its still not working.

We've checked your account and the outgoing calls were barred. We've already unbarred the service and it should start working.
