Unable to resolve SMTP ban by changing password

I have changed my password, and waited 30 minutes (several times over the course of the past week) - but with no effect.

Please lift the ban Postmaster.

Thanks for raising this to us. Send us your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file also include the affected e-mail address.
