Unable to send or receive overseas SMS messages

Hi Friends, 

Just wondering if any of you had this problem. From my Samsung A50s Mobile, I am unable to send or receive overseas SMS messages. I tried the usual stuff like, SMSC (SMS Message Center Number) or Service Center Number in the handset is set to +61415011501.Still doesent work. When I send a SMS message overseas, comes up with a message "Could't send message".
