Worst service ever

I've been waiting to receive my sim card since 7th July 2022. I've called your service agents and they say my issue has been escalated. I've even emailed all possible TPG email id's I could find. But no satisfactory response yet. Your service agents Joe and Shiela, said the higher authorities would call back to respond and resolve my issue. I'm still waiting for that call. All you guys know is to frustrate your customer and toture them. I really want someone from your team to actually solve my problem rather than putting me on hold or ignoring my concerns. I want my sim card immediately!!!
