Hi there,

 

I'm having an issue with my current mobile service. I keep receiving the message "your account is about to expire" when dialling any numbers. Nothing like this ever happened before. Please help me resolve the issue.

Hi @Trung , thanks for sending your account details via PM. Upon checking, the payment is still in progress and we must wait for it to be posted. Please be advised that direct debit payment normally takes 3-4 working days to be completed.
