activation of my sim card taking very long and i need to use phone

Good day,

when i did the sim swap, the lady never mentioend that it will take this long time. I desperatley need to phone and now i am stuck with no phone.

Please advise if you can expedite this process as i am desperate for a phone

Please give me an update as i am not sure if this is done or its in progress. i didnt receive any message that the sim card is properly activated. I am keeping my previous phone number
