eSIM Activatation

Hello there, 

 

I recently switched to TPG and successfully activated the eSIM on my iPhone 14 Pro. However, I'm currently facing an issue where I cannot dial in or out on my phone as it is SOS only. When checking iMessage, it constantly displays "Waiting for activation."

 

Surprisingly, mobile data is working fine. I've tried troubleshooting by restarting my phone, but the issue persists. 

 

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem after activating their eSIM with TPG? If so, I'd appreciate any insights or solutions you might have. It's frustrating not being able to make or receive calls, especially when the rest of the services seem to be functioning correctly.

Now even mobile data does not work. No tech team member can call in and check on me. 
PLEASE URGENT! ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!
