Hi. Having an issue with my data being barred. A bit confused about the whole thing as it's never happened before, I've always been auto-billed for excess & been able to keep going as normal so this threw me a little.
I'm well & truly into a new billing cycle, have added more to my prepaid balance & still no access.
Please help!
