I ported my number from Obtus to TPG.
i got the SIM card, followed the instructions to activate it and got the email that it has been activated l
Until now, 3 days after activation - I still do not have any connection. I cannot make any calls/SMS/use data.
Can you escalate this.
It is unacceptable to not have any connection for more than 3 days, I cant stay without phone service

We understand that you've been in touch with our Mobile support team today and was advised that the porting of your Mobile number is in progress. You may also use your old SIM with other provider as it is still active, while porting is in progress.
