Get online support
Like a number of others, am not able to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls on the home phone line. This hasn't been a problem until the last three weeks. At first random calls could make it through, but when I answered the phone the call didn't connect. No calls cannot get through at all and I cannot make calls at all. Can a check please be made to see if my issue is the same as others? Thanks.
I spoke to a helpline technician just now and they have conducted a phone line refresh and it all appears to be working again. Thanks.
