not receiving messages on tpg no while overseas

im overseas and not getting any messages or otps on my tpg no. Im based in australia. How do i get my messages?

Since you are overseas, have you activated the international roaming of your TPG SIM account?

If not, then we need to raise your request to our Privacy team.
