physical to esim

Hi,

when requesting for an eswap does that mean when my physical sim change to esim I'll get a new number or is my existing number kept? I just did an eswap and got a shock when I saw a new number... I really want to keep my existing number, is there any way to go about this? Thanks

Hi @cari, when requesting to swap from physical SIM to eSIIM, your existing number will remain the same.
