sim card activation issue

Hi,

I have 2 sim cards to activate and transfer number from previous provider.

Having activated 1, I am now unable to activate the other.

Would really like help that doesn't involve calling TPG, waiting on hold or for a call back then being transferred to a different department and having dreadful music to listen to while holding.

Please.
