trouble trying to activate eSIM because old SIM has stopped working after porting number over

I am trying to activate the eSIM after porting my old number over to TPG

 

The first step in the process requires sending a code to my old number - but this number is no longer working since i've ported it over to TPG. 

 

Very confusing and frustrating.

 

Has anyone solved this problem?

Hi @AntCel 

 

Before deactivating the number from your previous provider, did you make sure that the porting has been completed?

 

To make sure that the porting will be successful, the number should remain active with the old provider until you receive a notification that the transfer is complete.
