unable to make voice caml

Hi,

I am using iPhones, and am unable to make voice call. Please advise if there is any setting to be done

I would love to help and see what happened on this.

 

To better understand, may I please know the answer to the following questions:?

 

  1.  When did the issue start?
  2. When was the last time you were able to use the service?
  3.  What error message are you getting?
  4.  Is there an error message appearing on the handset? 
  5.  Can you still use data and / or SMS?
  6. Can you call other mobile / home phone numbers?

Also, I tried to locate the account using your community details unfortunately no match were found.  Kindly PM me your account details (Username/Customer ID or Contact number associated with the account).
