5g wifi activated but no connection

tpg sees my service activated and machine shows full bars, but i dont have service at all when connected to it. how can i fix this? would it be the modem set up?

Hi @win710, welcome to TPG Community.

 

Try pushing the reset button on the modem. You may also try to relocate it to have a better reception. If same thing, send us a private message with your customer ID so we can have a closer look at this.
