I am paying via direct debit for my mobile phone plan for the past few years. Never had a problem. All of a suddent today my mobile phone couldn't make phone calls or call outs. 

 

Called TPG customer service. It's a bit of waste of time becasue the lady couldn't help me and transferred me to a specialist team but I was just listening to the music and phone never got answered.

 

What should I do?
