Connection issues for almost 6 weeks. Trying to upgrade hardware and have no internet to the NBN box (amber light)..
90 mins on phone waiting for technical support. Phoned back an hour later and engineering team can’t help. Waiting for another call back now, and 4 hours later, no call.
WFH on Monday is going to be fun. Are all your tech support team on holidays..?
