I have tried evryday since last Monday to get in touch with TPG to finish installing my NBN.
I have come from Telstra and have my new box for T
PG and the house has NBN. I'm sure its just a matter of someone pushing a button.
Need the internet going so I can work from home through this virus and that my children can complete their school work!
I have emailed, tried to call and tried live chat, yet nothing.
Very frustrating.
