I have been with tpg for at least 15 years, probably closer to 20. But when my internet is out, and there is NO WAY TO REPORT IT - no phone, and - hang on - my internet is out! SO HTF DO I REPORT IT B6 CHAT?? Oh that's right, using my optus 4G mobile which is never out. Or if it is I cam RING SOMEONE TO TELL THEM MY INTERNET IS OUT. Using COVID-19 as an excuse is pathetic - if ANYONE can work from home it is call centre staff. It is INFURIATING to be told there is "No issue reported" when I CAN'T REPORT AN ISSUE!!! bloody hell am I asking too much???
