Can receive but not send emails from email address

Hi, for a while now I have been unable to send emails from my email address, I get a message pop up saying that the email address is not valid. Emails continue to be received as normal though. Any advice on how this might be resolved?

Hi @SQ 

 

  • May we know if this is the same with Post Office?
  • If not, which email client are you using? 
  • Have you tried setting up your email again? 

 

Otherwise, let us have your Customer ID or email address via private message in order for us to assist you accordingly.
