Can use Spam Function

I have my TPG email set up through Outlook and worked fine b4. Get alot of spam and used to just click Spam and done. Now it comes up as I do not have the permissions contact your IT support. I deleted TPG email and reinstalled but still the same other two emails all say send to junk and work fine. Any thoughts please?

Hi @carllang2 . Is your problem with junk filtering in Post Office (webmail) or your Outlook mail client?

If Post Office has no junk filters set, all emails go to your Inbox and are received by Outlook. It is then up to Outlook to separate out the junk mail.
