Hi,
I wish to cancel my existing NBN service and retain my email in IMAP form that TPG offers. I have moved and a TPG service already exists in my new home, so unable to retain present service at new abode.
Can you please advice as to how I should go about cancelling NBN and then retain my email account.

If you wish to proceed with cancellation, please call us on 1300 993 019. When can I cancel my TPG Mobile service? You can contact us anytime to cancel. You may choose for cancellation to be in effect at the end of your billing cycle or immediately.
