It is impossible to submit a fault via your app as there is no way to minimise the keyboard after typing the details. The keyboard hides the submit button and you can't submit the problem

If you double click anywhere outside of the text box the keyboard should disappear allowing you to submit your fault.

I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution
