Get online support

Chat support is no help. No response!!!

Been trying to have my own nternet transfered to my new house chat support only responded once to send an email. That was last Friday it’s Thursday already and no word on what’s happening.... we need an internet connection as me and my wife will be working from home by next week.... it’s really frustrating considering going to another provider which is more accessible.

Not happy.....

I have been the same. No support online. I am cancellingmy service and finding another provider. 

 

I too am working from home and need access to internet and we are moving. No email to send for cancellation or support? 

 

Hope they respond soon.

Yeah I believe there is but same problem no response you might ended paying for two internet service really frustrating.
