We are pleased to inform the Management at TPG that you have made it easier as you have lost two customers from your systems due to the stupidity of your rationalisation.
The end result is that this customer account loss will be depriving you of an Internet account, two IMAP accounts and two mobiles that equates to a total of $1,600 per annum.
Now mutiply that by the number of customers in Australia who have or will be pulling the plug on your lousy service.

We did and we jumped to other providers who aren't as stupid as TPG.
