Constant Drop outs - Worst on tuesdays

Why am I having constant droupouts on my connection especially on tuesdays? I tried to reach via email/chat, noone is giving me a clear answer. does this mean it's time to move on from TPG?

Since 3 weeks ago, I may have atleast 50 drop outs and couple of time no connection for hours? I need answer.
