Honestly the most useless customer service I've dealt with. Won't even budge to help out with a technical problem...... won't even try and lift a finger to help out customers...... just stick to the script....... Honestly I genuinely understand if you try and make an effort and you can't do anything about getting an fttc box fixed...... but it's when they don't bother trying that really gets me...... customer service....... rubbish. When it's sorted I know what I'll be doing that's for sure. Venting done.
