Email Transfer to The Messaging Company

In regards to Aliases not being transferred to TMC and having to transfer the Aliases individually, this is the message I received today regards to the topic/PM

“When you transfer your main email, any aliases will transfer too.”

So who knows what is going on, since other TPG users have been told differently.

Hi, as I spoke to the TPG Support, the last information I have is, that the SLAVES are treated as separete emails (they have separate number) and need to be submitted individually for the transfer. ALIASES will be transferred with the main email together. TPG Support investigated this and rang me back after the invedtigation. However, I still would like this matter from another source, e.g. Official written information from TPG.
