Email failing_cannot send_message in outbox

Hi my outgoing email keeps failing to send. An error message appears with:

Cannot send
mail server rejected one of the recipients addresses
the message has been placed in outbox

I have checked all my settings on my iPhone.
I have uninstalled and reinstall mail app.
I’ve tried sending the mail to the same email recipients address from my web browser from my mobile Internet this was successful ;however my mail app still rejects with the above message. how can I fix this? looking forward to your help. thank you
