The transfer process has NOT been well advised to Iinet email customers!Come on - some of your customers have been with Iinet for over 2 decades!Surely it is good for your business to keep good connections with such loyal customers.It is very costly to attract new customers.
Time line is rather short for notifying customers, who generally have busy lives, to then make needed changes to a service which is regarded as critical for almost all of us these days.Is there actually a team responsible for helping customers with this change?
