Email whilst overseas

Last year I had problems with my email whilst overseas.

I am going overseas this year again and like last year will be accessing my email from many sites (including hostels).
How to I advise TPG to not block/suspend my email account just because I am moving around?

Hi @almanac ,

The TPG will not block your access to the TPG email address. Hence, you may need to update the outgoing mail server based on the given outgoing server of the ISP to which you are connected in the event that email is setup on an email client (i.e., Mac Mail, Outlook).

If this is the case, you also have the option to use TPG Email Post Office to access the email.
