Emails Deleting

Yesterday my emails in my tpg post office inbox started deleting after reading and logging out.  when i log in next time emails are gone.  Yesterday all my emails just disappeared.  Is there anything i can do to fix this pls?

Hi @welford5,

There is no fixed size limit on TPG mailboxes, however, messages in all folders are automatically deleted after 45 days.

As an alternative, you may setup your TPG email on another type of mail client wherein you can save or download your important emails.
