Emails won't send

All of a sudden the emails from my desktop won't send which is frustrating, annoying and time wasting. Would anybody be able to fix this issue ASAP This is the error that comes up. 

An unknown error has occurred.
Server Error: 554
Server Response: 554 5.7.1 [TPG-S02] [0692pSPS002144] Message rejected as it appears to be spam. Use SMTP AUTH, PostOffice, or contact the Postmaster Team <postmaster@tpg.com.au>
