My setup date is 19/2/21 & I have not yet recieved my Tpg equipment 3981905 from startrack , the startrack tracker is telling me its still in transit. It was despatched on the 15/2/21 & ;received by startrack on the 16/2/21. I cannot move forward with my nbn setup tomorrow 19/2/21 without eqipment. Please let me know where my equipment is &; what i need to do from here. Frustrated

For your reference, we have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation

 

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
