Fast 5866T 5G Not Perform

Hi Have had this 5G service for 2 months and has not lived up to what is advertised. Wi Fi is dropping out at all hours, have rang on numerous occasions to no avail Please help  At my wits end resetting going through the same steps again and again. I am trying through this means to get to the bottom of the issue.
