For two days I have been trying to get through to TPG. Phone number hangs up on me and online chat just says too busy. I am moving home and need a new plan set up, followed your link but after step 9 it ended in an error message.

 

Happy to queue for service but don't just cut me off, even if it is for hours it beats the hang up. Really poor service.
