We've got a new invoice for $10.17 for "Home Phone Prepayment Outside Included Value". Could you please explain what that's about?
the sale rep did not mention this at any point.
I have checked your detail before, too make free call you need add voice add-on. You can check your call history via my accoount as well.
You need your Username and password to access your account
Once you login then you can find NBN Home Phone Services > NBN Home Phone Usage >View NBN Home Phone Service Account > NBN Home Phone Usage
