WiFi has been disconnected

Hello,

I'm waiting for my new NBN Modem to be delivered, however it seems now that since Saturday my ADSL providing me with WiFi has stopped working. I urgently need my wifi as I'm working from home.
Customer service has confirmed that my wifi isn't working and think it's because of the delay connecting to NBN. However this is irrelevant as I'm still paying for a service that doesn't work.

Please let me know how I can get it back as I have no time to wait for the NBN to arrive to have wifi.
