Thanks for raising this to us, please perform a factory reset on the modem/router and let us know how it will go.
Note: Performing factory reset will require setting up a new Wireless Network name and password also the TPG username and password.

Recently we are having major issues with the internet. It keeps logging off on our phones and other devices, we have to reset the modem and if logging on to 5G it says wrong password. It will some times log in after entering the password, other times it will just keep coming up with wrong password or just does nothing. It happens with different devices and at different times and doing different things. It’s driving the household nuts. Please help.
